How To Make

Tear open pouch at notch and remove oxygen absorber

Bring 6–7 oz of water to a boil and pour into pouch until contents are submerged (but not swimming)

Stir contents, seal, and let your meal rehydrate for 7–10 minutes (use caution: bag can get very hot)

Open bag, stir again, and enjoy!

Too small portions

The food tastes good but the portions are way too small for the price paid. I'm still hungry after eating these meals. Poor value in my opinion.

Best meal they make

So grateful to Next Mile for making substantial keto meals! Yes, I do bring some freeze dried veggies to go with them, but i don't need to carry all that pasta and all the weird ingredients you find in other brands.
