Our own twist on this cajun classic has the most delicious slow-roasted pork, seasoned okra and bell peppers, and enough of a kick to make you realize that you have never had a backpacking meal this good.

Easy to prepare as are all of the meals. Just didn't realize meal had pork, which tends to not agree with me. Error on my part but good nonetheless.
Your jambalaya is actually my favorite. Possibly the best I’ve ever had.
I had a jambalaya that I carried around for several hikes but never ate. It got crushed up and squished over many miles. It was amazing this time. Shreddy pork, perfect level of rehydration, so delicious with a packet of coconut oil, I inhaled it.
Best camp food ever
Based on slightly lower reviews I expected less of this one, but had to try. It's so PORKY it's awesome. If you like meat, this one is GREAT. For all the people frustrated by the meat not rehydrating completely, just use a little bit more water, let it sit a little longer, and even open it up halfway through rehydration and give it an extra stir. Totally worth it.
