Tear open pouch at notch and remove oxygen absorber
Bring 6–7 oz of water to a boil and pour into pouch until contents are submerged (but not swimming)
Stir contents, seal, and let your meal rehydrate for 7–10 minutes (use caution: bag can get very hot)
Open bag, stir again, and enjoy!

We loved our Next Mile Meals. We got them for our hike out to the Napali coast and did 5 days eating only these brand meals. Of the meals the Beef Tacos was the best! We also enjoyed the Steak Omelette breakfast and the Beef Marinara! The veggies in these are great and the meats rehydrate well. I brought some street taco tortillas and added the beef tacos w veggies to it. This has great flavor and love that it is low carb
Picture this: you’re in the Pasayten, mid May, it’s 20f and the wind is howling. You just set up your hammock and finished filtering water 15’ down steam from a pile of moose turds. At this moment everything sucks, except for the beef tacos I got from Next Mile. Hogged it down with some low carb tortillas. 10/10. Will definitely eat it again.
