Shipping

Orders are typically processed in 1-3 business days (M-F), excluding holidays.

Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail and typically delivers in 2-3 days on average.

We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but estimated delivery dates are not guarantees. If you a special circumstance or rush request, send us an email and we'll work with you to help find an expedited option in time for your trip! 

Sadly, due to government regulations we are unable to ship food products outside the United States, including Canada.

Refunds & RETURNS

We cannot accept returns on ANY FOOD ITEM unless it is damaged or defective upon receipt.

If you let us know prior to your order being processed, we can cancel an order, but once it's been mailed, sales are final. 

If an order was damaged during transit, please file a claim with the shipping company (usually USPS) and let us know the claims number so we can assist if possible. Include photos of the damage with your email.

If a product was defective, please let us know via email within 30 days of original purchase date. Send photos of the issue to hi@nextmilemeals.com. If the issue is confirmed, we will send a returns shipping label and ship a new product.

Returns are refunded to the original form of payment or with product exchange only.

DISCOUNTS and Promos

Discounts and promo codes are valid for a limited time only. We reserves the right to modify or cancel promo codes at any time without notice.

All promos issued are for future orders and cannot be used retroactively.

Promos are for in stock items only, and no rainchecks will be issued.
