The steak omelette is probably my favorite. I bought a bunch of these for emergency use on top of hiking meals. If America is going down might as well enjoy the food in the end!
I've been eating the breakfast skillet from peak foods but it's too much for one person. The size of this meal is perfect! And the fact that next mile meals uses half the amount of water that's required in the peak meals is a plus.
